Hello all.
A few things to note:
The Peter Sanson Workshop is coming up on 13th / 14th / 15th Nov so please check website for details.The times in the newsletter were wrong. Classes will be approx 1.5 hrs long.
The AGM date is set for the 23rd November at 7:20pm. Please come along. It is important to have as many members making a contribution as possible.
Bee is now taking the Tuesday Ashtanga class. She has a careful and gentle style that will be perfect if you would like to try some Ashtanga. Give it a go.
We would also like to promote the Mum's Babies class and the Restorative class so if you know of somebody or have interest please make the most of these classes.
We are considering a summer early morining Ashtanga class - maybe 0600 to 0730. If you are interested in this idea please let me know (Greg) by e mailing the Yoga center. We need to get an idea of the numbers and the best times / days.
